This web-based Survey is educational, thought provoking and original. When you finish the Survey, you’ll receive an Eco Carolinas Assessement Survey Score. You may return to the Survey at any time to improve your status.

The Survey includes questions about recycling, waste reduction, office/building environmental awareness and business-to-business actions. Over 100 activities are covered. Questions require a “Yes” or “No” answer.
Each question is weighted. “Yes” answers are added as you take the Survey. “No” answers receive zero points. Questions answered “No” are saved and you may return at any time and update your Survey responses.
The Survey supports the principles of the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the South Carolina Department of Heath and Environmental Control, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Energy Star program.
